Real World Job Development Program
Our specialized program provides services to at-risk youth between the ages of 14-21 who are: Dealing with emotional or mental health challenges Living in out-of-home placements Staff members at RWJD provide: Intake and assessments Literacy Skills GED education & support Job training Paid apprenticeships Individual/group living skills training Case management Job referrals Information and other referral services Guidance and mentorship The program started in 2006 and has assisted many youth in using their newly acquired skills to become gainfully employed.
