Make a Real Impact on Our Community!

There are several ways that you can help by getting involved and volunteering! Below is a list of a few of these current opportunities.

•    Holiday Program: Assist with collecting holiday gifts for children and families in need for our annual Christmas and Chanukah Holiday Program.
•    Tax Credit for the Working Poor 2012 PHONE-A-THON (October - December):  JFCS volunteers will be working with Friends of the Family to make phone calls to educate our friends about making a tax credit donation. Training will be provided, and there will be several dates throughout October and November to help make calls. Call Carrol at (602) 451-7265 to sign up.
•    Join Friends of the Family: a social volunteer group and assist with various enjoyable, mission-driven endeavors throughout the year. Help Friends of the Family plan and coordinate meaningful small, fun events throughout the year that connect JFCS programs with volunteers and supporters.

  Gift Shop, JFCS Center for Senior Enrichment at Chris Ridge: JFCS volunteer, Sue Adatto, is leading a volunteer project for the Gift Shop at Chris Ridge Senior Living Community.  All proceeds from sales at the gift shop will go directly towards enhancing programming at the senior center.   If you are interested in volunteering to work the gift shop in 2 hour shifts alongside our senior participants, please email Sue at sueadatto@cox.net.
