Purpose

Founded in 2017, Jewish Family and Children’s Service (JFCS) Professional Leadership Group provides leaders and emerging leaders the opportunity to make a difference in their community by becoming JFCS ambassadors and philanthropists. Bringing together philanthropic-minded individuals, ages 27-45, that have a passion for social service, participants will get an in-depth look at the role JFCS plays to help the most vulnerable members of our community. The 8-month program offers participants engaging and practical leadership training, networking, mentorship, and the opportunity to make a tangible impact in the community through the completion of a group philanthropic project.

Participant Expectations

Commit to a financial pledge of $1,800 over one year to support JFCS’s mission of strengthening the community by providing behavioral health, healthcare and social services to all ages, faiths and backgrounds. The Arizona Charitable Tax Credit may be used as part of this commitment.

Commit to attending at least 5 sessions over the course of 8 months.
