Details:

Move and Flow is a creative dance course for older adults. It is physical, social and creative! In a friendly supportive environment, participants improve their strength, balance, coordination, range of motion and body awareness to lively music. It’s designed for a range of physical abilities and dance experience. The class emphasizes a careful technical foundation beginning with a seated warm up that progresses to choreographed standing phrases and gentle stretching. Dance has a positive affect on aging as it integrates mind, body and spirit! Having fun and moving to music is one of the best prescriptions for health!
