Senior Programs in Greater Phoenix
An Active Lifestyle Promotes a Healthy Mind & Body
Jewish Family & Children’s Service provides emotional and social
support to senior members of our community through counseling and community
activities.
We have created a number of programs that provide older adults access to
activities that help them retain independence and promote healthy living
in both mind and body.
In-Home Services
We provide comprehensive in-home support such as counseling, case management,
advocacy and referrals to appropriate resources. These services are designed
to improve emotional health and develop community connections. This is
an ideal program for seniors who have a difficult time leaving the home
and need more social interaction. Our goal is to enhance independence
and improve quality of life.
We also provide Older Adult Behavioral Health Services for those over the
age of 55 who are enrolled in AHCCCS or Arizona Long Term Care.
