An Active Lifestyle Promotes a Healthy Mind & Body
We are happy to offer online classes for you through our
Creative Aging Class option.
We provide comprehensive in-home support such as counseling, case management,
advocacy and referrals to appropriate resources. These services are designed
to improve emotional health and develop community connections. This is
an ideal program for seniors who have a difficult time leaving the home
and need more social interaction. Our goal is to enhance independence
and improve quality of life.
We also provide Older Adult Behavioral Health Services for those over the
age of 55 who are enrolled in AHCCCS or Arizona Long Term Care.

Memory Café is a meeting place for those with changes in their thinking
or memory, mild cognitive impairment due to Alzheimer's disease or
a related disorder, along with their care partners. Meetings are held
at the same location each month and will include meaningful and fun activities
to engage the participants and stimulate their minds and bodies. Socialization
