How to Support & Donate to Jewish Family & Children’s Service

Every year, JFCS provides much-needed support and counseling to more than 40,000 people in Maricopa County. JFCS relies on financial support from caring individuals and corporate entities to continue our mission of healing lives.

Many JFCS programs do not receive government funding, and depend on the generosity of our donors.

What Does My Donation Go Towards?

By donating to JFCS, you help provide:

  • Counseling, behavioral health, and primary medical care services for children, teens, and adults
  • Educational opportunities for foster youth, including a GED preparation and high school completion
  • Career services for unemployed and underemployed community members
  • Social and recreational activities for senior citizens
  • Domestic abuse survivor support, providing a safety plan for victims, as well as counseling

How to Donate

You can donate to JFCS on our secure website, by phone 602.279.7655, or by mailing a check to Jewish Family & Children’s Service (JFCS) at P.O. Box 29650, Dept. #880103, Phoenix, AZ 85038

Donation Resources:

Donors can elect to give monthly, quarterly, or make an annual gift. You can also sign up for the Family Friends Annual Campaign where participants can elect to provide a donation once a year, every few months, or every month as desired. As a donor of JFCS you may be eligible for an Arizona Charitable Tax Credit.

Legacy Gifts

There are ways you can support JFCS without digging into your current finances. Legacy gifts are donations we receive from wills, trusts, and other designations made by individuals after they pass on. These gifts are made to the JFCS endowment fund and can be designated for whatever purpose you wish.

Legacy gifts include:

  • Endowment funds
  • Life insurance benefits
  • Will and trust designations
  • Retirement gifts
  • Charitable gift annuities

We are extremely grateful to all of our donors, no matter the size of the gift. We much appreciate their partnership in our central mission to strengthen the community and families through quality behavioral health, primary medical care, and social services to some of the most vulnerable people in our community.
