JFCS Aleinu presents a Jewish Crisis and Response Team Workshop, with speakers Ira Dressner, PhD, LCSW, EMDR Consultant and Trainer and Liana Dressner, MSW, LCSW, EMDR Consultant.
The workshop, which is geared to mental health professionals, rabbis, and community members, will cover what a culturally-sensitive response to community crisis looks like, as well as a discussion of how people heal through EMDR therapy. Dr. Ira and Mrs. Dressner will also present comrehensive techniques to support those who have been victims of hate crimes. (Three CE Units Available.)
