Senior Program Volunteers

In order to maintain staff, client and volunteer safety during the COVID-19 public health crisis, volunteer opportunities for the following programs are currently on hold.

Do you have a special talent you would like to share with our seniors? To meet the many interests of our seniors, we are looking for volunteers to speak on health and any other senior-related topics; provide musical entertainment; facilitate art related classes such as crafts, beading, painting, and drawing; bring an author in to discuss a book; host a Happy Hour or an Ice Cream Social and more.

Activity Support Volunteers - Memory Café

The Memory Café is a setting for persons with memory challenges to engage in fun, enriching activities with their care partners in a nurturing and accepting environment. Caring volunteers are needed to assist the program coordinator with activities and socialize with the participants at these monthly gatherings.

Gift Shop Volunteers – Center for Senior Enrichment in Central Phoenix

Volunteers who have good customer service skills and like working in a gift shop setting will enjoy this volunteer opportunity. Helping customers find that perfect gift, setting up displays, and checking inventory are just a few of the tasks with which volunteers assist.
