Older Adult Services

In-Home Services

We provide comprehensive in-home support such as counseling, case management, advocacy and referrals to appropriate resources. These services are designed to improve emotional health and develop community connections. This is an ideal program for seniors who have a difficult time leaving the home and need more social interaction. Our goal is to enhance independence and improve quality of life. We also provide Older Adult Behavioral Health Services for those over the age of 55 who are enrolled in AHCCCS or Arizona Long Term Care.
