Promoting Mental Health
We kicked off the year with Embracing the Importance of Mental Wellness in the New Year, offering insightful strategies to enhance emotional and mental well-being. In 2024, we celebrated the incredible individuals who bring JFCS’ mission to life. Our Staff Member Spotlights: Meet Three JFCS Team Members and Caring Hearts: JFCS Volunteers’ Impact blogs highlighted the dedication and impact of those working behind the scenes. We also introduced our lovable therapy dogs in Celebrating JFCS’ Therapy Dogs, sharing how these amazing pups are trained to support countless individuals

Life’s stresses can often feel overwhelming, but our blogs on Understanding Stress and Healthy Coping Strategiesand Your Guide to Navigating Holiday Stress shared practical tips for managing challenging situations. Our feature on Spotting ADHD Symptoms: From Childhood to Adulthood delved into the three types of ADHD and emphasized the importance of early intervention.
