Chair Yoga is a healing class done entirely seated from a chair. We practice a variety of stretching and strengthening poses designed to increase circulation, strength and flexibility; enhancing the stability of everyday movement. Additionally, this class incorporates breath work and focus which supports a sense of well-being and stress relief. Poses are explained in detail. We move slowly and carefully with attention to alignment and offer modifications if needed.
