Join Jennifer Cafarella Betts and Friends from Ballet Theatre of Phoenix for Sit or Stand Ballet Winter series.Meet us at the chair or you can stand next to a chair or counter. Jennifer and Friends will be teaching a 45 minute ballet class that will help improve strength, flexibility, movement and balance. No prior dance experience is required.
