Holocaust Survivor Services in Greater Phoenix

Support for Holocaust Survivors

At Jewish Family & Children’s Service, we provide services for Holocaust survivors in the Greater Phoenix Area, including home visits, applications for reparations, emergency financial assistance, home care/housekeeping and dental services. Our staff serves as their agent with the Blue Card, Inc. and the Claims Conference (the Conference on Jewish Material Claims Against Germany).

Since September 1945, Jewish organizations have submitted demands for reparations from Germany on behalf of Holocaust victims. While many organizations have managed to secure financial restitution, many individual holocaust survivors and their families have not seen any sort of reparation for what they endured during WWII.

JFCS can assist Holocaust survivors in the Greater Phoenix Area to apply for reparations and emergency financial assistance and other programs and services available.

Kibbitz & Kultur is a participatory creative arts engagement program for those in the Holocaust Survivor Community held quarterly.

To join the next program, contact Kathy Rood at 602.452.4627.

Contact Kathy Rood for more information at JewishCommunityServices@jfcsaz.org or call 602.452.4627. JFCS is a participating organization of the Holocaust Survivors Justice League.
